A day with you, to go over your existing structure with you, covering marketing, sales and delivery, to review your processes and identify gaps. A second day without you, to create a roadmap document that you can use for your own people to action, or to use in conjunction with our Set Up option.
One-off investment of $3,500.
Specialised Consulting
Need some guidance on a specific outcomes? We can advise on topics such as Strategic Planning, Business Modelling, Product Strategy and Delivery practices – as much or as little as needed, we agree the budget together.
$8,500 to $15,000 – Duration: 40 – 70 hours (by agreement). One-off cost, billed 50% upfront/50 % on completion.
Virtual CxO – COO, CMO, CTO
Which area do you need help with now? For business owners who don’t require a full-time CxO on their team (yet), our experienced CxO’s help you get your vision out of your head and onto paper to provide clarity, direction and focus as well as own the implementation of structure and processes so you scale and grow your business. As a formal part of your exec team, you can get the benefits without the FTE cost.
$5,000 – $8,500 p/m. Duration: 25 – 50 hours per month, minimum of 3 months.
